  I struggled with weight and body issues most of my life.  While I experienced success in most areas of my life, success with sustainable weight loss was fleeting. As a successful coach and seminar leader for the past 30+ years, this was frustrating.


Utilizing many of the healing methods I will share with you, I have transformed my Body and Life from one of childhood abuse/trauma to one of great joy, fulfillment and lightness of being. My body continues to transform as I heal. This is a process for life. Join me in continuing the journey to greater levels of self-love, embodiment, balance and freedom.

The body is always seeking Balance. When you lighten your physical body, it's imperative to lighten emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Otherwise, you will regain the weight, as the body will realign to maintain balance.

  • All or Nothing Mentality - Diet then feel deprived & overeat; or Exercise religiously, then if you don't see quick results, slack off. -Many of us are learning to be moderate & balanced, letting go of perfectionism. This is a lifelong process-a marathon not a sprint! Patience is key.
